As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing the frameworks to our core platform, Plexus, used by pension and insurance providers to manage their business-critical solutions. You’ll develop application frameworks and enhance the experience through modern tooling, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and streamlined development workflows.

You’ll join an agile team of seven engineers, split between our Copenhagen office and our office in Hyderabad, India. Working closely together across locations, we build the frameworks and engineering capabilities that enable our product teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently and securely. 

The frameworks support a platform that manages billions in pension and insurance assets for millions of users, making stability, robustness, and the ability to handle large-scale data processing central to the team’s work.  

The team is supported by a dedicated Product Owner, while Scrum Master responsibilities are taken on by one of the engineers.

  • Salary: For this role, the Monthly Base Salary ranges from 45.000 – 55.000 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
